Newpower Electrical’s engineering team has been established to provide clients with a total automation, process control and electrical engineering capability. This complements the company’s contracting and maintenance divisions and enables Newpower Electrical to offer complete electrical design to commissioning service.
Complete site electrical drawings can be carried out from limited information, providing our contracting staff with detailed information for the completion of a project. The design team can also perform process automation. For larger projects we utilise our inhouse project database for tracking of site cabling, instrumentation and motors. The database provides quality control and technical information for our site project manager, connection diagrams, test sheets and wire label details can be printed directly from this system.
Newpower Electrical employs engineering technicians with extensive experience in PLCs, SCADA and HMI systems and has the support of internationally recognised automation hardware and software suppliers. Our company will work directly with a client to produce a package from the detailed specification to the completed and commissioned project. Our process and electrical engineers can provide total support for any process system whether it is enhancing productivity through optimisation or design and research for capital projects.
